Growing in Faith & Friendship
Courage, Compassion, and Communion
About Us
Magnificat Ministry is a Catholic women's ministry rooted in the heart of Cedar Rapids, Iowa. We exist to walk alongside women in their faith journey — creating space for authentic friendship, spiritual growth, and meaningful service.
We believe that faith flourishes in community. Whether you're deepening your prayer life, looking for genuine friendships, or seeking ways to serve, Magnificat is a place where you belong.
We were wounded in isolation — and it is in relationship that we heal.
Our Four Pillars
Everything we do is grounded in these four pillars — the foundation of our ministry and our sisterhood.
Building real, lasting friendships through shared meals, gatherings, and everyday moments of connection. No woman walks alone here.
Answering Christ's call to serve our parish, our community, and one another. Faith in action — hands and hearts working together.
Growing deeper in our Catholic faith through study, reflection, and spiritual direction. Formation is a lifelong invitation.
Encountering God together in prayer, adoration, and the sacraments. Worship is the heartbeat of everything we do.
